Due to the sheer volume of donation requests we receive, we must maintain a structured process and are simply unable to say yes to every submission.

We love supporting local initiatives and prioritize donations for raffles, silent auctions, and similar fundraising events. We typically contribute items that are highly valued by bidders:

Bottles of our signature spirits and branded merchandise.

A "Dinner and Distillery Tour" package, which has been very popular in past auctions.

While your request may not be an automatic approval, we encourage you to submit the full details of your event, including the date, the cause, and the expected attendance.

Does your team need a sponsor? We may be able to help!

As part of our commitment to local community development, we offer a limited annual budget for team sponsorships. Our support generally favors youth athletics, but all adult teams tend to drink more Whiskey!

Please Note: Our sponsorship budget is allocated early in the season. For the best chance of approval, please send in your formal request as soon as possible with details on your team, the league, and the specific monetary amount requested.

Your organization can host a dedicated fundraising event here at Duluth Whiskey Project, and we will share a portion of the evening's drink sales directly with your group.

The partnership structure is simple:

Your Organization: Drives attendance and handles all marketing/promotion to your supporter base.

Duluth Whiskey Project: Provides the venue, manages all staffing, and executes the seamless operation of the event.

This model provides a much greater monetary yield than a standard raffle item. Specific financial details regarding the revenue-share percentage, as well as other notable details (attendance recommendations, sales minimums, private or public event, etc.) are available upon request.
